My name is Arijon Kamaj, I live in Dortmund myself & am always on hand. Together with my team, I manage the TruthApartments holiday flats.

!Long story short!

I have been a host since 2019. I discovered my passion for furnished short-term rentals myself in summer 2019 and wanted to do something better. I travel a lot, do a lot of sports and my wish was to rent out flats myself, so I put my wish into action and TruthApartments was born in the same year with an accommodation in Dortmund.

Today, my TruthApartments team looks after almost 10 apartments, including a few cleaners, a handyman and an assistant. We are in dialogue almost every day and always want to give our guests a 5-star stay. This is our Truth mission.

Your stay is very important to me, which is why I am available for you around the clock.

FAQ's

Answers to all your questions about booking and accommodation.

  • Where do I get the key for the holiday flat? You check in yourself. You will automatically receive detailed check-in instructions by e-mail one day before arrival. Please also check your spam folder.


  • When can I move into my apartment on the day of arrival? Arrival is possible from 15.00 hrs. Please let us know when you expect to arrive so that we can best prepare for your stay.


  • When do we have to leave the holiday apartment on the day of departure? (Check-Out) The maximum departure time (check-out) is 11.00 am. The holiday flat must then be left spotless and with clean dishes. A significant overrun of the departure time will be charged with one day's rent. Please understand that the holiday flats are usually occupied again on the same day and the time until 3.00 pm is needed to clean the holiday flats.


  • Smoking? Smoking is not permitted in any of the holiday flats, not even out of the window. Offenders will be charged a 200 € cleaning fee and will be expelled from the house. Anyone smoking on the balcony should always close the window and balcony door so that the smoke does not enter the holiday flat. Please show consideration for other guests. Ashtrays are available in the accommodation for you to use outside.


  • Do I have to bring bed linen and towels? No, you don't have to. You will find freshly made beds and clean towels in your flat so that you can travel light. The initial supply is included in the price.

Rules

1. only booked persons may stay in the flat.

2. excessive noise is to be avoided.

3. no parties or celebrations may be organised.

4. smoking is prohibited in all flats. Anyone who does not comply with this must pay for any damage caused and/or cleaning costs.

5. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.

6. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the flats to monitor excessive noise levels.

7. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.

8. check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
